Real
Meditation

Real Meditation is the state of Pure Consciousness; it is spontaneous and appears naturally, when this Consciousness, this Presence, this Natural State, that is Meditation, is not overwhelmed by the sense of control and manipulation.

The remotest known records of “meditation” come from the Vedas, sacred scriptures of India referring to Dhyāna, that means something like “steadfast attention” or “contemplation” – taught as a way to attain Samadhi or Self-Realization. However, the Master usually treats Meditation as the Natural State itself – and not as a practice – which means a total disidentification with thoughts, emotions, feelings and sensations.

If during meditation practice, you do not get upset with anything, and out of the meditation practice, something still annoys you, so this is not Real Meditation. Body relaxing and quietness of mind do not represent Real Meditation. The practice quiets the mind for a while, but later the mind gets annoyed again. If something annoys…

I am inviting you to Meditation, which is the absence of the “sense of me” in any given experience, whatever it is, whether the most sublime or the most insignificant one. I am inviting you to Meditation, which is the absence of the mind in this chaotic and unsatisfactory movement of time, in this movement of knowledge and experience…

There is only one way for real Meditation to happen: “you” cannot be there! Meditation only happens when “you” are not there. When “you” enter, Meditation is not there; when “you” do not enter, Meditation is there. Meditation reveals itself totally and completely in this “listening.” This movement is totally different from holding something…

To those searching for a mere meditation practice, there are plenty of them available in the market, but none of them can reveal this Natural State, nor provide Real Awakening. The reason behind is that a meditation technic or mind quieting system, will still lead you to a mere “state” and such “state” cannot be the Natural State…

I do not use the word “meditation” with the same meaning people use, as a practice, because to me Meditation is Consciousness, Samadhi, that is, it has nothing to do with a state, since you cannot objectify that. God cannot be objectified! The “person” uses to look for states to live in. Be aware of when you are away from your…

Liberation, that is Meditation, is Wisdom. When there is Wisdom, there is no illusion. So, this identification with body and mind, and also with the world, with experiences, all of this “vanishes,” since none of this is Real, none of this is Wisdom. Truth, Unconditional Freedom, Love, Consciousness, Presence: This is Wisdom! You are a Sage…

This Quietness we are talking about is not the quietness of the body and the mind; it is something beyond this meditation practice. It is the Quietness that comes naturally when there is attention to the illusory movement of the “me.” This is the Real Meditation! I have insisted a lot on it. Therefore…

Meditation is a discard of illusion. You discard beliefs, concepts, hopes, doubts and desires. You do this through observation, through not trusting in any experience arising there inside your head, in any idea and formulation of story arising therein. You do not need to read books to learn how to do this…

Meditation is the complete emptying of all burden, of all this huge content of things the person needs to have to “be someone,” of the accumulation of everything you have already read, heard, studied and lived, of everything is in the memory of this mechanism, in the own brain cells, which..
