BEFORE REGISTRATION
You must agree with the terms and rules of the event, of the intensive meetings, the retreats, and the refund policy, before submitting your application;
If you agree, fill out the form;
Make sure that your details, especially your e-mail, are correct;
The online event lasts approximately 6 hours a day, 3 hours in the morning (9 am to 12 pm BRT Time Zone) and 3 hours in the afternoon (3 pm to 6 pm BRT Time Zone). Be ready at the start time of each shift;
The open and free meeting takes place from 9 am to 12 pm on Saturday;
Choose a quiet place where you can sit comfortably;
Dress appropriately;
During the event, turn on your camera and use your real name in the Zoom app;
Avoid moving away from the camera;
It is forbidden to record images or audios of the event;
You will only be able to make the payment after receiving confirmation that your registration request has been accepted, with the refund and cancellation policy taking effect from the moment payment is made.
In case of withdrawal, the interested party must contact the event organizers, via the aforementioned email and/or telephone, at least 5 days prior to the start of the meeting, at which time it will be returned the corresponding to 50% (fifty percent) of the amount paid. After the aforementioned period, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Up to 2 days before the start of the event, you can request the use of the amount paid in another online event of the same duration.
If during the event, you do not turn on your camera or use your real name, you will be removed from the room, with no refund. If you have technical problems, you can request, within the first 2 hours of the event, to use the amount paid in another online event of the same duration, and you will be removed from the room.
If you are not dressed appropriately, you will be removed without refund.
If you try to take pictures or screenshots or record audio of the event, you will be removed from the room, without the right to a refund.
If you are offensive or disrespectful, whether by gestures, speech or writing in the chat, you will be removed from the room, without the right to a refund.
If there are technical problems with Master Gualberto’s equipment that make the event impossible to take place, participants may choose to use the amount paid in another online event of the same duration or receive 100% (one hundred percent) of it.
